We collect what a repair needs: the photo of the part, the product model, your email, and the order details. Nothing is sold.
Photos are used to identify the component and to improve the compatibility record for that part. They may be processed by a third-party vision provider for identification. Take the photo of the part, not of the room — and never of a document or a person.
Email, order history and repair history are kept so you can reorder the right revision. Payment data is handled by the payment processor; we do not store card numbers.
Hosting, database, payment and AI vision are provided by third parties acting on our instructions. They receive only what their function requires.
Order and validation records are kept as long as a part remains orderable, because they are what makes a revision traceable. Scan photos linked to no order are deleted on request.
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction, or its deletion. Write to us and we will process the request.
We use cookies for the session, the language preference and basic security. No advertising trackers.
