Version 1.0
These terms apply to the UbFixit website, the parts catalog, the identification tools and any part ordered through them. Using the site means accepting them.
Identification results, confidence percentages and candidate components are produced by automated systems. They are suggestions, not engineering certification, and must be confirmed by you before an order. “UbFixit Verified” indicates a physical fit test was performed on the product model listed — not a guarantee for every unit ever produced.
Compatibility is stated with its evidence level. You are responsible for confirming your product model before ordering. If a part does not fit, report it: we correct the compatibility record and handle the return.
We do not manufacture or supply braking, steering, suspension, airbag, seat belt, structural vehicle, high-pressure, mains electrical safety or critical medical components. Requests for these are refused. Parts supplied must be installed for their stated purpose only.
Replacement parts are produced for repair. We do not reproduce trademarks, logos or decorative designs of other manufacturers, and brand names are used only to identify compatibility. Rights holders can contact us about any listing.
Lead times shown are production estimates, not guarantees. Parts made to order can be returned when they do not fit as described; the fit report is part of the process.
Content marked “Demo data” is illustrative. It does not represent verified production compatibility and must not be used to order or install a real part.
UbFixit is liable for the part it supplies, at the revision supplied. It is not liable for damage caused by improper installation, use outside the stated purpose, or repair of equipment in the refused categories above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.
